Yeah at first I thought it would be the wheel bearing but it happens off and on, but when it does it goes from really quiet to loud really fast and then it will just disappear. I'll get the back wheel off and check if I am rubbing on anything. But if I were rubbing on something I figured it would have started happening the second I put my stock wheels on. But we'll see.

I do and don't envy you guys the work. I'm still an admin on an inactive forum and it gets about two hundred spam attacks a week. That one is set up so only members can post so I just get to delete the spam accounts when I remember to check.

The toe being off is what kills my rear tires.

You know. You may be completely right. I did get an alignment but I was running -6 degrees after the alignment and the toe still wasn't perfect. So that's probably what wore my rear tires down so fast because my toe couldn't compensate for the camber. And then after my alignment I raised my car a quarter inch because I was going away to school in chattanooga and the roads there are terrible. So that knocked my alignment off even more. And THEN I got under my car to adjust my endlinks because I realized they were slightly too long in the rear and when I did I noticed the left lower control arm had a loose nut... Like a few mm away from the adjuster loose. So maybe the adjuster had vibrated enough to knock the camber out or something..? I didn't think about it but I tightened the nut down and I don't hear it nearly as much now.... I think I will be getting an alignment this week. Thanks!

Default What could I be doing wrong?

Could anyone give me any input on why my vmaxx don't go nearly as low as what I've heard (and seen)? My rears are completely maxed out and my fronts have maybe 1/8" more to go, maybe a little more.

Here's some snaps of a rear coil:

Originally I thought maybe this could be put further in but it doesn't seem so:
