Default Streets of Willow May 10 & 11

MPG-Motoring will be out at Streets of Willow Sunday May 11. There will be a track day Saturday May 10th as well. This originally was going to be a mirco car track event for the Honda Fits, Toyota Yaris and Scions but they have since opened it to all makes. I was told there will be a micro car class run group on Sunday however. The event is $150 per day or $280 for both days.

For more info check out the Speed Ventures Site

Hope to see some MINIs out there

Ok compared to my other time on the track (Stock with springs):

Falken Azenis......
Bilstein Dampers.......
H&R Sport Springs.......
Rear Sway Bar.......
Helix Camber Plates......
Sparco Strut Bar.......
15x7 Wheels.......

But I have OEM brakes that will fade real fast and be finished by the end of the day.....so I need brakes now too.....dammit.....

I'm in the same boat...OEM brakes. At the very least I want to get some Hawk pads installed.

Kelli has the stock calipers, but stainless lines, ATE blue fluid, dba drilled and slotted rotors from Moss, Tyrolsport bushings, and EBC green pads on the front and she hasn't had any braking issues out there. I think next time we'll go powerslot and mintex or hawks though. We would love to go to this too. We're still not sure about going this Friday because work for me right now is nuts and I don't know if I can get it off. If we don't, then this might work for our budget plus it would be cool to hang with you all.

Yeah I'll just have to suck it up and roll with OE pads. I do have stainless lines Motul RBF 600 fluid and OE rotors, but all that doesn't matter with out HP+ at least for the front....mebbe next paycheck. I want to be comfortable out there.

I'd say the swap to Motul RBF 600 from OEM fluid makes way more of a difference than stock pads to HP+, so I think you'll have better braking than you expect.
