Being a fan of OEM wheels I was looking at the Lexus wheels. They look Bentleyesq (yes my own word )

18X7.5 ET 45 5X114.3 Not sure about adapters but how much would be be to fill and drill? Would that even look good?

fill and redrill to 4x100? That'd be really difficult because the holes aren't hidden. You'd have to recontour the whole face after fille the original 5 holes to make them disappear visually and at that point you've already put them through a lot of heat.

yeah no fill n drill on those, you'd have to do a hub conversion

15-20mm adapters would be your best bet.
