Where is the best place to order H&R springs from?
Promini has them on sale for $198 bux. Thats pretty freakin cheap. Is there anywhere cheaper? if not thats cool

why H&R?

i saw on ebay, Brand new H&R sport springs for $225 + $30 shipping

I'd go with H-Sports for $190 free shipping

Well the set up i want is the H&R springs with bilstein shocks. i was going to try and order it all at once, but my mom asked me what i want for christmas and im going to tell her springs. hehe. I will check out the H-sports though. Comparison wise, how much different/better are the 2 springs? I dont know alot about H-sport, and i know that H&R stuff is quality.

I really like my H-sports, as you can see in most of my pictures the drop is pretty good, i wish the front was alittle lower, but that goes with all spring/shock setups. hence, why i keep saying i want coils.

My ride quality is almost exactly like stock, alittle more tighter, but gives it a more aggressive look. I never driven a MINI with H&R, i know they're good quality (thats coming from an ex-VW owner) and the drop is supposely .2" lower than the H-sports, but from pictures, i sometimes think mine looks lower.

I personally love my H&R's. They are very nice and firm and really helped handling.

The best price i found was 215+shipping....so promini sounds nice.

That closed up the wheel gap perfectly! Shit, everytime I think I'm decided on a spring I see a nice pic of a differant spring and I change my mind.

Don't forget that he is running a HUGE wheel/tire combo....so not all may look like that I think his was even bigger than stock...right sam?

Was that the immediate drop or is that after you had had them and they settled for a while? That looks great.

Yeah in that picture they were 225/40's I think. I got 215/45/17's so they are pretty big anyways..........I'm pretty sure sam's new tires(the kumhos) are 215/45's too.

that shot was taken directly before and after!

then photoshopped accordingly.

at the time i was running 18" rims 225-40 with a 42mmOS

now its 17" at 215-45 with a 42mmOS

they fill up the wheelwell even better now that theyve settled.
