Im in the same boat as everybody. When i first saw them i was like holy crap that looks like a good deal. But then i thought about it and i decided you prolly get what you pay for if its something i dont really know about. If you are going to spend that much money why dont you check out the H&R coil-overs. I know H&R is quality and they are only $1080 dolars at this one place. It might take me a sec to find it of you are intersted. But they seems much better than Megan. But if it were me id go with the H&R's (unless there is something bad about them that i dont know) or save to get the Bil's. Thats my 2 cents. Anyway i really think you should check out the H&R's

yea, i'd trust H&R. i know a lot of bimmer guys run their products. of course, like you said, there could be something specific about the coils they made for the MINI that might not be appealing.

what it all comes down to is that someone who's not a shill is gonna have to take the risk and run the unknown (for the MINI)... and then let everyone else know for sure.

a lot of the honda guys buy them because they are "cheap"

http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1466894
link to an archive with different discussions on their products. mixed reviews about how they hold up. In the end the person making the decision is you, hope those help out.

People on NAM are getting their coils delivered....so we should hear shortly how things go.

I wish there was some way to tell how parts would last 2 years down the line via time machine. That would make a lot of these choices a lot easier :p

well the mod you need to make is just to allow you to adjust the rears while on car (something that other coils cant do)
