as far as I can tell just longer rear shocks, a new exhaust, new air filter and a chopped rear fender with a new seat.

Not an iron too old. That's a pre'04 bike. I'll take a look on the computer and come up with a parts list (on my phone)

two sportster models of that vintage (97-03) with dual discs that seat and a black engine 883R, and 1200R
fork gaiters-still available from HD maybe $50 can't remember exactly
the upper fork tubes (between the triple trees) are probably painted, wrapped or encased in painted pvc-$5 max
tank lift-$50?
cut off part of rear fender struts-free
chop fender-free
Muffler is no longer offered but was under $400
The air cleaner looks like a joker machine or similar so $300 range
chin spoiler $220

They look stock the R models had taller socks than other Sportsters to give them taller ride height and better cornering. Same with the FXDX Dyna SuperGlide Sport which also has fully adjustable front forks

There is a ton of fender missing if you look close you can see the step at the same height from the tire

thanks i think the seat is still offered for the regular sportster
