Spent a good hour or so yesterday with a heat gun, still no luck. That means I've baked them, then cut all the glue out that i can get a knife to, and used a heat gun but they don't even budge a cm.

Here's my write up for those with pre-facelift headlights:

1- Buy post-facelift headlights
2- Follow the rest of the steps that everyone talks about

I know I'm killing this thread, sorry.

Anyways, I'm now trying to help my buddy do his R56, wow much easier. Only issue so far as we can;t figure out how to get the chrome ring off that's around the projector itself, the piece that people are making some other color. Anyone that has head them apart know a trick?
