It looks like your dog melted.

Great dragonfly photos. I've got a thing for dragonflies. Many years ago my parents found a carcass of one on the street and brought it home. It still looks alive. I did a very meticulous pencil drawing of it years ago. Since then I've made a CG dragonfly too. Amazing creatures.

Went through quite a few of these pages checking out your photos and you've got some really cool shots. I'd love to take up photography as a new hobby but I wouldn't even know where to start Excellent work man!

Yeah me too, they're such cool bugs and they're so tame, it makes for easy shots

Starting is easy, getting good is hard. I started with a very cheap camera and slowly learned techniques by reading a lot and trying to find exactly what I liked about other people's photos. Thankfully I have a few friends who are always happy to help me understand things even though I probably seem pretty noobish to them I'm 7 years in and still feel like I don't know really anything, but looking back I can see that my pictures have improved a lot.

Thought this was kind of cool, my brother took this of me helping my dad tie a 2nd fly onto his line last weekend. I'm thinking this would work better in black and white though
