I started tonight... Bought 4 spools of red (waaay to much) at Michael's craft store. So far I have the lower driver side seat done, and a headrest. Looks awesome. Ill take pics...

Overall the project is just as described in the RSX thread. East to do, but time consuming. My buddy and I have steady hands so we got through the parts we set out to sew pretty well. I can't stand knots so we went back and hid them all. Really does look OEM.

Thanks everyone. Ya I was also suprised at how well it is coming out. Our seats have really awesome contours and lines and the contrast really brings them out. Hopefully I can get more done tonight. Ill upate with pics when I get more sewn.

@Viley... Pink and teal would be ill. Remember, you can always take it out if you dont like it.

Sketch how long did that all take?
I had a friend who payed someone to do it for them since it was so painstakingly long.

Long time. I havent been keeping up with the hours but I would say so far it has taken about 5 hours to do the entire driver seat (which I just finished) and one passenger seat bolster. Not bad considering I have almost no idea what i'm doing.

I lost my digital but when I find it ill take pics of the finished driver's seat. Up next, passenger seat bolsters...

Thanks. My patience almost wore out about an hour ago. Ha to redo a single bolster like 3 times because the string frayed. :/ The look is worth it but man I was this close to ripping the entire thing out.
