so, i love bread and my friend made a few loaves when i was out in LA last week and they were amazing. i came home and made grilled lebanese bread which is so yummy immediately and today i'm going to make a loaf of a boule style white bread. i hope it comes out well, i need to start now so it will be ready for dinner tonight....

and i'm making my homemade italian sauce with cheesy meatballs with it. yum!

I totally forgot about this thread, havn't seen it since before my MOTD debute. Does this mean I actually have to start measuring things and writing it down

I'm having enough trouble deciding on new stuff to mix in with the old fav.'s for next year.

Was bored the other day and craving some chocolate and decided to do this.

Coconut Chocolate Balls:

Graham Cracker crumbs (everybody should have at least one bag of these in their cabinet, you know the stuff
that comes with the no-bake cheese cake that nobody uses because it's easier to just
buy a ready made crust.)
Hershey's Chocolate Syrup (regular or special dark )
Coconut

Just mix it all together (you want it on the slightly dry & sticky)
Roll it into little balls and refrigerate.

Simple as that.

OR

Smores Balls:

Grahm Cracker crumbs
Hershey's Syrup
Marshmallow Cream

Warm the desired amount of marshmallow cream on the stove until it flows well, remove from heat, add Hershey's syrup to your liking, mix, then add the appropriate amount of Graham Cracker crumbs, wait untill it's cool enough to handle, roll into balls, refrigerate.

Oh and speaking of no-bake cheesecake, don't forget you can puree any fresh fruit and mix it in the batter instead of just having fruit topping. (Personally I like Raspberries, the tartness doesn't make it over-sweet like some fruit.)
