Either way though... depending on what you plan on doing track wise, you can get lots of other rollbars with better visibility but that are still safe.
Visibility is already bad enough with the Miata

I like that oldschool mirror though!

It is about time Drew. The pics look great. I really like the old school mirror/mount. The new wheels will really add to the old school look.

Ummm when did this happen!?

Glad you FINALLY made a build thread for it. The stance seems to look better in person/going down the road then these pics show. I think the addition of the wheels will help a ton. Funny how we were JUST talking about putting it under a semi trailer the day before.

Oh yea answer my PM, jerk

I have a hardtop... It's white, so it looks a bit MINIish in it's color combo now.

And yes, it's a very small car. Everyone that sees me get into it asks how in the hell I fit but I'm comfortable in it. I'm also 6'2" and not a lightweight, so they have good reason to ask.

I test fit the wheels this evening. Fender rolling will HAVE to happen to run them this low... but raising it isn't an option.

With these wheels on my fender height will probably be under 21". My only concern is I don't know where I'll park at work. The car scrapes going over the speedbump I have to clear right now, and these tires are 1" shorter than the ones on the car right now. I may have to get a reserved spot on the opposite side of the building where I can park just in front of the speedbumps.

Sweet! Those look spot on. I always wanted to paint my RB gold in the center.
