I'm currently running 17x8 +30 front & 17x9 +30 rear with only trimmed plastic fenders. Haven't done any camber adjustments at all, so if you're planning on 17x9 +25 square you have to at least run alot camber both front and rear(and probably modify you fenders a bit, but that I don't know for sure).
Of course it all depends on how low you want to go, but if we're talking "fitment" you have to do more work than just put the wheels on and drop it to the ground You may also have some problems with inner clearance up front depending on what hight you're planning on running.

looking for some serious help ive got a set of 17.9.5 vet wheels im about to adapt need help! the starting et is 54 im looking to go with a 25 mm adapter can any one tell me if that is going to be a bit to sketchy or will i make it out alive my current setup is 17x9 et 25 no serious problems but im just double checking !! thanks Chris

if you're running the 9s now, you know what it'll take for another 1/2"....
