i know they are salad shooters. the saw blades have a smaller face and more curvature on the "blades". the salad shooters look like a turbine wheel

right, but some people mess that up and get them confused when talking about offsets.

i know. most people get the corvette wheels mixed up. ive seen some websites with pictures saying that they are +32et and others with the same picture saying they are +56et. its just confusing when people give so much false info in reference to something they think they know.. if so, the smallest adapter they make is 19mm which would make the +32et become +13et. dont you think that is to much poke? that seems to be more poke then she is running in my opinion.

I have a set of salad shooters off of an 84 vette. All four are 16x8.5 with 32et, its stamped on the inside of the wheel. I plan on running 18mm in the front and 23mm in the rear with a shit load of camber because I want a little more poke in the rear than Ashley has....more like Rays car. IMO he has the best stance on a Mini....just my opinion. He did it first so we're all just biting him

Do you know ashleys specs on the adapters? And are you going to be running 205/40's on your salad shooters?

You asked my opinion, I shared it.

8.5 et13 will fit and it's only a half inch difference from what you were originally planning (26)which is only about the width of your pinky. Obviously not a huge difference. Toss on some camber and you're good to go if that's what you want.

In my personal opinion it's too much poke for such a skinny wheel....but that's just me. If I were to run poke, it'd be on 10s or something wide.

no I'm not running +56et. After some clarification I have the 16x 8.5 +32et.and rays stance I agree is possibly the nicest stance on a mini which originally inspired me to make the salad shooters work. I was just curious on the adapter size because I feel like 18mm adapters making it +14et seem like so much poke and more then even ashley is running. And if ray was running 9.5's in the reas his fitment wouldn't fit. Like we had said the offset is +32 plus an adapter would mean he would be running no more then + 14et and on our cars , a 9.5 with a +14 et I feel would be almost outside the fender!!

Ok rally thank you. I thought from the way you were saying it seemed like it would physically not fit. Just clarifying things

I ran 8.5 et8 back in the day before anyone had the measurements down. You can FIT anything...but it takes work and precision to make them look good.
