Made a 12 handle beer station cover for one of the local resturants in town....

They didn't give me much room, but it fit...

I have some ancient metal working handbooks that show in great detail how the old masters did it. Keep in mind that a lot of the old victorian buildings from the 1800's had very ornate scrollwork, cornices and do-dads up on the roof. Now a days we got nothing on the old tin bangers. I use computers and autocad programs to layout cones and other geometric shapes and can't come near what those old guys could do.... Every once in awhile I go and crack open the old books when I'm stumped and sure enough they knew how to do it back then.

It's a play on the description of a waterfall where the water flows from a horizontal to a vertical direction. The SS counter top changes direction from a horizontal surface and turns down to the floor at one end as a vertical surface...
