Got a rush job this week from a local ice cream entrepreneur.... The best kind of entrepreneur.... Heh...

Not very exciting... But it does help pay the bills....

Had to skin an ugly insulated box that stores dry ice.... They really didn't like the utilitarian look of a blue box in their ice cream shops... The dry ice is available if a customer wants to ship a gift of ice cream from their shop for a long distance, they can provide the service...

This is a test unit that I'll get powder coated a nice "ice cream" white. It needs to be on a truck for delivery to their newest location in Venice California....

great work as always.

I do have a question about this. If you charge X for this, how much would you change if it had a lip around the edges like this? Not the lines, but the lip or the lip and back.

I'm guessing that's about a 96" long countertop and I assume you are referring to the "Marine Edge" around the perimeter?

If one of my customers wanted that detail incorporated on a countertop I was providing... it would probably add 5 hours of additional labor to the top @ $75.00/hr...

Banged out the new copper and HR steel TV table last week and on Friday picked up the frame after it was clear powder coated...

Now to disassemble to old projection TV and get it out to the curb for Monday's trash pickup....

Just now wrapping up a rather large local restaurant project....

They used a ton of my work... Supplied all the custom metal work in the place.... All of the furniture, tables bar etc... Here are a few pictures.... They will have their grand opening on March 10.... And I'm still making stuff for this place and I need to get it done next week....
