I have a 23 and I love it. It is my personal carry gun. I would not expect to engage anyone past about 25 feet which makes the 23 very much at home.

23 is awesome, I prefer the 19 for carry but the gen 4 g23 is very tempting. The g23 is def. capable of hits out to 100 yards, it is very accurate. it really is a do it all pistol. If I could only have one pistol it would be a 19, and the 23 is practically the same thing and for a 100 bucks you could get a conversion barrel to 9 if you so wanted..

the problem is, if you get a 23, you will want a 27, 22, and 35 (35 being the obvious next choice ^_^ )

the conversion option was the main reason i went with the 23 instead of the 19. i found one, probably paid a little too much, but i have it.

not that that wont work, but id be more weary using it over the vanguard II or the texas tactical minimal holsters, since they cover the trigger guard if your carrying with a bullet in the chamber.

Got to shoot this beast today. surgeon in .338 lapua. We had april shooting out to 760 making first round hits with it lol and she doesnt have any long range experience. The coolest thing is it records what you are seeing real-time through the scope so we could sit back and watch the action through a tablet. Makes all the corrections for you minus wind. Just gotta insert wind value and your good to go out to 1200 yards LOL

Swanky piece. I've yet to mess with a transmission scope, they sound neat...

My 15-22 is probably my favorite rifle right now. Who makes those extended mags?
