won't clear the intake filter or the shroud? mod the shroud if you don't think it will clear it.

Both, considering my filter is bigger than the alta filter. I've seen the M7 one with the filter pushed down and the bar sits on top of the filter, but mainly the shroud. Here's of the pic of the gtspec (ps typo in the title of this thread) Click the image to open in full size.

So I ordered the gtspec. I'll post a pic when I get it in hopefully end of the week or early next week.

Edit: the 2 places I tried to order from said they were out of stock and that I have to wait until beginning of January, so I cancelled the order.

Ordered one of GTSpec braces for the Clubman. It's backordered ATM, but I'll post impressions when I get it on the car.

I know the M7 won't, but will the GTSPEC brace clear the JCW Intake?

I know the new Alta CAI is modified to fit a STB. They cut a little notch in it so it clears. I know you already ordered the other one but for anyone else I don't see why you could call Alta and get the newer mounting bracket.
