I don't think ride height would really make them noisier....may just be a better heim joint or something

Yeah I dunno, I thought it was the rear sway bar that made noise more than LCA's?

The Helix ones supposedly don't make noise... the old Alta's do though. I'll let you know about the new Alta's in 10,000 miles.

BTW, for a daily driver the HSport control arms are the balls, if you're into performance though, you want heim joints.

its like like the valve stem on a tire but for grease it allows for grease to go in and stay in.

I've got the Helix plates. Had them on for a few years now...

They raise the ride height a little. I don't care. People going for "slammed" may. I don't. Like Paul, I barely noticed the raised ride height.

They are beefy as hell. One of mine did finally bend when I crashed the car into a large rock, wheel first, at 30 mph or so. But, it didn't bend much.

I had the h-sports before I put in the Megans....love them, and they won't rust.

If I ever change to something other than coilovers with attached camber plates, I will get h-sports again, no doubt about it.

so I'm starting to look at the H-Sport camber plates, I guess there are 3 options:

- For cars using coilovers with 2.25" diameter linear springs. Adjust. Range: 0 to -3.8 Deg.
- For cars using coilovers with 2.5" diameter linear springs. Adjust. Range: 0 to -3.8 Deg.
- For cars w/stock style springs or lowering springs. Adjust. Range: 0 to -2.0 Deg. Car with Coil-overs use alt. kit. HS30832 or HS30835

I run Koni coil-overs. They use the stock perches, the springs are progressive and barrel shaped...

what H-Sport option do I use? Sounds like the last one?

Marcel.

the stock spring option. then when you take apart your suspension to put them on, use the rubber part between the spring and the oem perch/top hat with the new oem style h-sport perch and camber plate top hat.
