Default KW Coilovers

Anybody know the best place to get KW's from?
I am torn between KW V1s and Megan.

I may want to have them installed if there is a shop I can get to as I have no lift ...

Both are great setups. For mostly street use the V1's will do fine, for more track use I'd go KW V2's or at least the Megan's with better springs up front.

+1

I have seen some companies selling them and turns out my local tyre shop is the QLD distributor for KW, but he guessed it may cost around 3 grand AUD. Have to get an exact quote though. If I can get them cheaper in the US Ill be a happy man.

Just installed a set in Brownmini today. Will hopefully align and corner balance the car tomorrow.
Nice coilovers. See Jason's Brownmini thread on this page http://www.motoringunderground.com/f...t=1302&page=32

Edit. Added this Aug. 6, 09
At this time I don't endorse KW.

Default KW'S

TSW-Texas Speedwerks carries the KW'S, V-1,2,3

I've looked at running the DA race setup but can't justify the cost yet. When the Ledas I have on now breakdown then I will spend the money.

I've heard people swear by both the KW V1's and the Megans. Dustin, at AutoXCooper, says that the KW V1's and the H&R's "look fast," but that Megan actually delivers the performance. I have no experience with any of them, so I can't testify. Personally, I'd be more inclined to go with Megans because it has damper adjustments. I also think the camber plates they come with are adjustable, too. Not to mention they cost less. Triple bonus.

He's a cool guy, but I'm gonna just call straight BS on that statement. Nowhere near true.
