They were KW V1s but they are the exact same thing as ST coilovers, or atleast that is what everyone is saying. my mistake saying they were ST, i got the two mixed up as i was going to bus ST. I talked with a representative at a race track who works for KW/ST and he told me ST and KW V1s are the same on all model just different branding, coating and warrenty.

Yea KW v1 and ST are identical drop wise. You won't need 4 inches just to close up wheel gap though. I think about 2 inches will close it up pretty nicely which I believe ST and KW v1 are plenty capable of doing. 4-5 inches is like bags

my car seems to be excessively high with quite a bit of rake, i took those measurements by going from the edge of the plastic fender to the edge of the rim and i have 17s. is there a suspension height difference with the 2002 non-s? all the other ones i see seem lower.

Anyone know why st and kW go .3 inches lower in the a and not the base? Oem top hats are the same part number for both cars and I don't think their is much of a weight difference. I'll call st tomorrow and see what they say.
