New ThanksGiving desert:

1 Oversized Grahm Cracker Pie Crust
1 No-Bake Cheesecake Mix
1 Jello Pumpkin Spice Instant Pudding
Cool Whip

Pour your Cheesecake mix into pie crust & refrigerate until set, mix Pudding for "pie" directions, add over Cheesecake mix, let set, add Whip Topping.....Enjoy.

So, one of my new neighbors brought over some banana bread as a"welcome" gift, and since I just can't leave well enough alone:

Take a slice of banana bread, butter both sides and grill it up in a skillet to warm and crust it...top with Nutella!

Yummy Breakfast.

My new favorite salad:
Pick the greens of your choice (on the milder side works best).
Top with Pulled Smoked Chicken, Bacon and shredded Cheese.
Then mix 2:1 Ranch and a thin BBQ sauce. For the dressing.

For your BBQ'n weekend....

Pulled Pork Potato Skins...
Bake your potatoes
Cut in half and scoop out "some" of the center
Fill with lightly sauced Pulled Pork
Top with the shredded cheese of your choice and bacon pieces
Back in the oven to melt it all down
Top with more BBQ sauce and any other fixin's of your choice.

Yumm, Yumm
