Beautiful car & great taste. Do you have any pics of the iPad mount? And what kinds of things can you do with the DashCommand?

DashCommand gives me the same data as a scan gauge but I can have it on my iPad and choose a lot of different gauge skins. It will show any information that can be pulled from the obdII connector. Also has some fuel economy stuff, error code reader and reset, data logging. I connect via wifi to my cars obdII port but you can hard wire like the scan gauge too.

Here is a few of the mount. It's a homemade mount design that allows me to uninstall in seconds since it slides into place. Solid as a rock.

I sourced all the new parts (wheel, brakes, intercooler, catch can) locally from a guy that bought it all new in 06 when he bought his mini but never got around to installing it.

NOW I JUST NEED AN AIRBAG!!

Very nice, I already have the scan gauge but I had no idea the iPad could handle similar functions. Technology nowadays... Anywho, sweet set up all around.

Waiting on new rotors for the brake kit, went bigger to 12.2 inch and 1.1 inch wide. Selling the 11.75 x0.81 as they were to small for the calipers. Also selling the 13 inch rotors since they don't make hats that fit them of a mini and I didn't want to go through custom mill work for custom hats.

How much did your front splitter cost you, and where'd you get it? The only one I can find for the JCW front bumper is M7 and its $300+. I'm kinda looking for a little cheaper version.. haha

In total it was less than $100. I bought it from NAM member N2MINI that works at a shop that can water jet 1/4" plastic. He sells them for like $60 sipped with matte black vinyl covering it. I then bought the struts from APR for like $40 bucks or so. Can find the struts even cheaper on ebay.

NAM thread here http://www.northamericanmotoring.com...ro-bumper.html

If you want to try homemade then I think I have the pattern in PDF that you can print out and then cut your own splitter out of whatever material you want. PM me.

Thanks! I don't have a CNC machine or any fancy equipment, but if I can jus buy one off of N2MINI that's cheap enough for me! lol
