Default Fog lights?

I am thinking about upgrading the fog lights on my R53. The thing is, I don't really use them for fog, so they're more like "deer lights" because I can see farther onto the shoulder with them on.

ECS has some in stock, and I'm wondering if anyone has tried them.

The two most likely candidates are this:
H11 Platinum White Bulb

or this:
H11 Super White Bulb

I don't want any blue, just a pure white, so I think the platinum sounds best.

Thoughts?

haha! It's funny, but they seem to get used to sounds. Last year the county put in these rumble strips along the centerline, to wake up people drifting. For the first few months you could drive over them and the rumbling sound would spook deer, but now they're used to it.

This year the problem is the deer come out after a rain and drink out of the grooves in the rumble strip, so now they've created a new hazard.
