My friend in the body shop at work hooked me up today, painted the vents, and finished my Ram Air scoop.

Much better. How much extra would it be to have the stripes painted into the vents so they truly blend in.

I'm thinking of trying some black vinyl on the part that goes into the stripe.

It's on the door

They're still straight to the world and not following the Mini's lines...

Well from the European plates, all the German names on the car and the door web site being German, I'd say he got them done somewhere in Germany. But that is just a guess. Maybe that picture and a good local shop might fit the bill.

They are actually CF from what i gathered and they are sold as two vents that you then mold into the hood.

They come from www.mini-clubsport.com which seems to be down at the moment. There is another way to access their page through some german dealership but i forget the name.

That pic was taken in the entrance parking lot to the Ring.

Site's back up, can't find the vents but also can't read anything. they have some pretty clean mini's. I like the picture of the dark grey mini from the front were you can see the cross bars of the roll cage, I love roll cages. They also have a interesting looking shifter.
