Welcome to M|U. what size 6ul's are you using? I'm about to order a set and can't decide between 15x8 all around or 15x9 in the front and 15x8 in the rear. Did you have to use spacers?

i'm using 15x8's on 205/50/15s Direzza DZ101's from my miata. The tire size is a smaller overall diameter so my speedo isn't reading 100% right but it's a cheezy way to up the low end torque useage haha.

Emilio @ 949Racing said that it seems like MINI was very poor in their consistency to create matching rear control arms. some cars would fit fine, soem wouldn't, some one side fit when the other didn't LOL! Mine fit just fine. 15x9's on the other hand... well yeah you DEFINITELY need a spacer. I worked with a 10mm spacer for the 15x9's and they cleared.

I think I'll order some 15x8's in the next few weeks. I know the speedo will be off. Never heard of the rears not being all that great. I have a set of r56 rear control arms that will go on the r53.
