That is a GOOD looking car. How hard is it to put the top up and down? It looks like those little wings could be a pain.

Not even close to the MINI experience.

But then again...

At 70 mph, the wind buffering with the top down is pretty bad...

And it's like driving from the back seat of the MINI...

Interesting to get used to...

The MINI is STILL my daily car!!!

THe top goes up and down pretty easily..

The little fly buttress deals on the back are very easy to deal with!!

Default Solstice Mods

SO.. the car has 243 miles on the odo..

time for the mods to start!!!

first mod:

Kappa shield.. piece of plexi for behind the seats to cut down on the backwind with the top down..

the PERFECT place for the mu circle!!!!

mod 2:

Steve has figured that we DONT need to buy springs for the car... We are cutting 3/4 of a turn out of the stock springs to lower the car.

Mod 3:

AEM cold air intake... just because

Mod 4:

Vectorworks ECM upgrade.. replace stock ECM with tweaked ECM.. no where near as easy as getting a MTH re map.. but that is the price one must pay!!!

Looking for a short shifter.. and Steve still needs to look at the current exhaust to see what we can do..

more to come!!!
