So long as they're high-quality spacers that match the hub diameter, have a lip on them that matches the hubcentric rings on your wheels, and you've got bolts/studs that are long enough to accomodate them, I don't really see a problem with them.

I'm assuming H&R's are decent quality?

Yeup, I'm pretty sure H&R's are top notch goodness. Just make sure you specify the right hub size and have hubcentric rings on your wheels.

like 125 for a pair......so 250 for all of them

For 250 i can upgrade my rewinds to some nice euro wheels like brocks or something with a lower offset.....im sure the rewinds would be pretty easy to sell.

But with that being said, im gonna keep the rewinds cause i love them

5mm isn't really that much, just run a more stretched tire

I'm gonna guess a 17x8 et35 wouldnt work while lowered with coils like Ivan.....right? The tires would be slightly stretched....

I just found great wheels....but thats the least agressive ET they have and the thinnest wheel they offer.

I'm running 17x7 et37, and I have no rub whatsoever with 205/40-17. Randy is running 17x8, but I don't know what offset his Hamann's are. I do know that he's extensively trimmed away his fender liners, though.
