Default It's Official... I finally own my house!!

After a year of craziness with their bank and their realtors and nothing but messes, the house is finally mine!! I'm so excited to finally own the place so that I can do more that mow the lawn to prevent people from thinking it's abandoned.

So excited to finally build my fire pit and get things together

Thanks guys. I'll just be poorer than I already am. Lol. I'm hoping to move in in about a month if I can get most of the floor down. Putting in bamboo floors in the main part of the house. I'll post some pics , I've just been so busy lately to post much...

Congrats. Home ownership is awesome! Well, until you think about being responsible for all the sh!t that goes wrong. But don't think about those things, think about the investment factor.

Well It was a short sale so it hasn't been lived in for a year on top of the previous owners not taking care of it so there is a lot of cleaning to do on it. So far this are the things I've started, and I'll post pictures soon.

Power washed the front of the house and WOW what a difference that made
Spent 7 hours cleaning the kitchen, 3/4 of it is done, changing out appliances in the next few days. it's funcional so will keep it for now and do a remodel later when I have the money to do it the way I want.
