Default .:Rally's Car:.

My car

Fronts:
15x8 et 14 205/50/15

Rears:
15x8.5 et9 205/50/15

On to the pics. The ride height is not final. I'm running no camber up front, once i get some camber dialed in, i will go lower. The rear will come down once i figure out how to stretch our arches out a bit. I have a plan

I will wash up the car and have a proper photoshoot soon....as of now, pics of it parked outside my house will do

The rear wheels. You can see where it rubbed....this is the height AFTER being raised It's no woder it rubbed. But the offset looks to be a good choice, no tread is showing outside the arch

The fatty rear stance (also notice the new mods: deleted rear wiper, euro plate, red boot handle)

The lighting it playing tricks....the poke isnt as much as it appears in this pic

This pic accurately shows the poke as well as the stagger and dish of the rims. As you can see, the front could use a bit of lowering....but not until camber is changed.

It's so sexy! I wish we could put it in a museum instead of just taking the parts off of it and selling it.

I think im gonna attempt a mod list:

Exterior:
Cooper S front bumper
Cooper S side skirts
Clear front indicators from powerbulbs
Oranges city lights
Supreme Power H7 Headlights
Supreme Power H7 Foglights
Clear side turn indicators
Smoked side reflectors
Blacked out Grill
Smoothed out chrome grill surround
Debadged Cooper rear
Custom bonnet stripes with black pinstriping
Custom checker roof with help of Idle Gear in the UK
50% tint all around
Shorty antenna

Interior:
Removed back seats (flat floor being made)
Custom cooper emblems in place of door reflectors
Old-School horn and button in dash
Custom made Plaid Shift boot and ebrake boot
Bright white lighting in place of all stock bulbs

ICE (in-car entertainment):
Alpine 9833 HU
Alpine crossover 5.25 speakers up front
Alpine 350 watt amp under custom plaid/plexiglass enclosure
Infinity 10 inch sub
All easily removable for track days or mountain runs

Engine Performance:
K&N typhoon intake
Borla Exhaust
MTH ECU remap

Suspension (my favorite ):
H-sport sport sway bar in the rear
H&R springs
Koni struts

Wheel/Tire:
17x7 Flik wasps in anthracite running Falken Ziex tires
15x5.5 OEM steelies for the winter...gotta get some wicked rally/snow tires for this year
15x7 Konig Rewind wheels with 205/50/15 Kumho tires (in love with this combo)

Things that are on my wish list (cant get them all....still deciding)
Sparco Torino's
Schroth harnesses
Ireland engineering camber plates and rear control arms
Ireland engineering brake lines
Powerslot slotted rotors
Ferodo pads(maybe another company)
Sitffer bushings
Brake fluid
OBX header
M7 throttle body
New MTH programming to accompany all the changes
Lighter battery (braille possibly)

And despite the differences in list lengths....im more interested in performance (specifically handling) but many of my exterior mods have been made for free or from things i already had sitting around

My goal is and has always been staying subtle. I want things to look completely stock to someone who doesnt really know MINI's. But i want the small details to appear to those of us who know MINI's like the back of our hand. My car (being a MC CVT) will not be winning any drag races...but its VERY quick from 0-35....and even quicker on the twisties which i love driving on. I'm really just aiming at making the best all-around vehicle for me. With handling and performance for the track but the comfort and music that i can enjoy while cruising around the country side looking for roads.

Its going to be going through even more changes soon...so keep wathcing

I have HUGE plans for the next one though. I'm just taking it up a BIG notch. It will be damn sexy. I love this one, but I have learned a lot and want to apply it to a new car :biggthump :wink0:

Currently thinking PW/B and darker tints...and flat black centers for my current wheels. Among other things

You certainly could buy it if you really want to Remember its a CVT, and i know how you feel about that :p It still pretty low mileage considering its a 2002 (31k)
