YAY For me! Today marks my 17th week of my wait!

October 3rd is my offical Order date...

One more week and that will mark my 4 month mark!

My 2006 mini cooper s astro black on astro black stick with navi and piano Interior
wont be in till Aug/Sept of this year But i already have a nice mod list growning!

-Magnaflow cat back
-04 Clear tail lights ( going in to get smoked with the same peral as
the astro black paint)
-Carbon fibor hood scoop
-Mini car cover (not a mod, but still for the mini(
-Areo Grill (will be sent in with the tail lights to be painted
with the same peral

Working on wheel and tires now. then for a drop.

I want to keep a diary from now till delivery!!!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO... im a modiffier but nature. its in my blood.
i said i'd do some mods, god knows i cant daily drive a stock car. I was going to limit my mods to just a few.. a few for now and then a few later on

Well today marks week 18.

With all the troubles my golf was giving me this past week, i didnt have much time to think about the mini. witch is a good thing, it made the week go by fast.
I spet a few hours this week looking up prices on H&R sport springs, Im just looking for a 1.4 - 1.6 drop with good stiffness and a lower sway bar. Ever since i saw brits mini 3 wheeling it, i was hooked. I like it stiff

Im soo excited for this friday to come. the 3rd marks my 4 month wait!

Eheheh, don't go too crazy with the rear swaybar. It doesn't just increase the roll stiffness of the car, it also affects its understeer/oversteer characteristics.

I just got a call from My MINI rep today!

looks like they bumped me up on the list!! My MINI is going in to production next week and I should be getting it at the end of April, thats 4 months earlier than promised!!! DUDE, i just ran around my office telling people!! im soo excited!!

Holy smokes, that friggin' rules! Congratulations! Now you get to watch intently as your MINI passes through the production process.

Just so you know, not all methods of tracking progress are equally accurate. The most accurate is talking to a MINI rep on the phone, second most accurate is the automated phone system, and least accurate is the website tracking method. Well, at least that's how it was back when I ordered mine in '03.
