Thanks mate.

I have not taken any photos of the car yet, except the interior.
Have done some "upgrades" to my interior. Carbon dash / rings and also a custom made leather for my door handle on my door cards.

The next thing to do with my interior is to paint the speaker shield black , and mount some new down tubes in carbon.

I also changing the gear knob. From aluminum to JCW
Where I struggle a bit with the installation of the JCW. It will not fit. Is there anyone who has installed this before, who can tell how it's done? It looks far too long , so do not clip it on.

I may be wrong but I am fairly confident that your JCW knob is from a 2nd gen and not the 1st gen.

Are you wrapping all this stuff in carbon vinyl?

Yeah definitely an R56 knob. I just installed the R53 JCW knob and it does not have those prongs on the bottom.

Where are you getting all those carbon goodies from?

Since last update. I have installed the carbon intake on the hood , carbon door handles , carbon fuel cap and mounted the GP Wing.

Also did a total clean yesterday , with foam , degreasing , paintcleaner , polish and wax.

Here are some old photos from what it looked like when I bought it, and like her is today

I see, thanks fore the info mate

I bought the carbon parts on ebay. You have to choose the right parts . Some of the carbon parts you buy there are not carbon. Its plastic who looks like carbon. You have to look for the real deal Its expensive tho..
