Sorry Allie. Cheryl and I both have neck/shoulder issues. A hot bath with half a bod of epsom salts will help.

Returned last night from my vacation, I flew back into Newark Airport from Orlando.
Flight went smooth....got to the baggage to watch everyone grab their bags and head their own way.
NO luggage for me and my wife.

As we go to file our claim, we look at the two left over bags and noticed our tracking tickets ON THE WRONG LUGGAGE. I could understand the mix up if Orlando airport was busy, although there was only 1 person in front of me and 1 behind me...

And I watched the agent tag our bags and put the tickets on our boarding passes..

Found out this week that GAP is only paying for the remaining priciple on the total loss of my tC which means we'll have about $2k to pay Toyota before it will be paid off.
